Shipping is free for orders over €50 that are to be delivered within Italy. For orders under €50, shipping costs are €6.50.
The delivery date provided during the ordering process is estimated and varies based on product availability. Please remember to allow an extra 1-2 days for southern Italy, islands, and peripheral areas. Delivery of products purchased on cambange.com is guaranteed within 7 working days from the date provided during the ordering process.
Shipping will be carried out by UPS,DHL,FEDEX,GLS,TNT courier, and tracking will be available through your account.
The delivery time is the same for orders made using the pick & pay option.

EU AND NON-EU
Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination country and will be calculated and automatically added to your cart during the ordering process.
The delivery date provided during the ordering process is estimated and varies depending on product availability. Delivery of products purchased on cambange.com is guaranteed within 4-10 working days from the date provided during the ordering process.
Shipping will be carried out by UPS,DHL,FEDEX,GLS,TNT  courier and will be notified via email with the tracking code.
Shipments to non-European Union countries may be subject to customs duties and charges, which will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Please note that for all destinations, delivery times may be delayed during holidays, and carriers do not deliver on public holidays.

All our shipments are insured for the full value of the product. In the event of loss, damage, theft, or fire during shipment, we will send a replacement item or issue a refund for your order.

WITHIN WHAT TIME FRAME CAN I RETURN AN ITEM? The return can be requested no later than 7 days from the date of receipt of the item. The shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer.

HOW AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND FOR MY RETURN? There are two ways to be refunded:
